01Agreement & eligibility
Purchases are subject to these terms and linked policies. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. Obtain any legally required guardian involvement.
02Products & pricing
Review specifications, intended use, and care instructions. Stock and prices may change; screen colors can vary. Checkout confirms the price, currency, and collected charges for your order.
03Payment & acceptance
Payment verification, stock, delivery limits, or errors may require review before fulfillment. We contact you to resolve material errors or arrange an appropriate cancellation and refund.
04Delivery
Preparation usually takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Checkout-specific estimates apply. See Shipping Policy.
05Returns & cancellation
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved return refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Request cancellation before fulfillment; successful cancellations are refunded within 5–10 business days. See Return & Refund Policy.
06Rights & responsibility
Do not misuse the store, compromise security, or infringe protected content. Third-party services have separate terms. Applicable law governs; mandatory consumer rights, warranties, and non-excludable liability remain intact.
07Changes & concerns
Later revisions do not remove agreed rights from an existing purchase. Contact service@pinsafa.com about concerns. These terms do not require waiver of available legal remedies.
